Forum Overview

Our Mission

The success of family office real estate investing hinges on making astute investments, which is why the forum prioritizes providing excellent deal flow. The forum remains committed to helping families establish and maintain a lasting legacy and wealth for future generations. To accomplish this, the forum strategically invests its time, financial resources, and extensive expertise in identifying top-tier operators/sponsors and lucrative investment opportunities tailored to the needs of family offices.

Our Objective

1. To provide insight into the real estate market and its opportunities;
2. Due diligence and pre-screened direct real estate investment opportunities;
3. The ability to create purchasing power as a group and to;

4. Be part of a dynamic peer network

Our Focus

In our search for operators/sponsors, we prioritize those with a proven track record of success in their specific property types, demonstrating their expertise and experience. We seek operators/sponsors who have a vested interest in the projects they undertake and a history of effectively managing properties even during challenging economic conditions. Our preference lies in identifying operators/sponsors who have a notable history of achievements in secondary markets, emphasizing properties with the potential for value enhancement. By focusing on these criteria, we aim to form partnerships with operators/sponsors who possess the skills and capabilities necessary to maximize opportunities and drive success in the real estate market.

Empowering Family Offices: Expertise and Networks

We provide a range of valuable resources to our members, leveraging our extensive experience and vast network of contacts cultivated through our participation in over 20 conferences annually. Through these connections, we offer referrals and access to a diverse deal flow from other members, enabling us to identify highly favorable real estate investments.

Our members consist of family offices that have achieved success in their respective industries but lack specific expertise in real estate or seek additional high-quality deal opportunities. While we could solely focus on investing for our own family office, we choose to allocate our resources, time, due diligence, and expertise to assist other family offices in finding vetted investment opportunities. Collaborating with other family offices and facilitating their real estate ventures is not just a job but a genuine passion for us.

These forums provide a structured environment for participants to:

  • Network: The FORE Institute Investment forums offer an opportunity for attendees to connect with potential partners, collaborators, or investors who share common interests in real estate investing.

  • Learn: Our forums often feature presentations, panel discussions, workshops, and professors. These sessions provide valuable insights into market trends, investment strategies, and industry-specific knowledge.

  • Present: Real Estate Sponsors can present their investment opportunities and ideas to vetted Family Office Investors seeking financial investments or partnerships.

  • Engage in Q&A: Attendees are encouraged to ask questions and engage in discussions with presenters and experts to gain a deeper understanding of investment opportunities and the real estate market.

With the importance of building relationships, the FORE Institute always involves activities for the community to get to know each other through activities such as skiing, snowmobiling, fly fishing, zip lining or mountain biking.
